Polaznik obrazovanja odraslih upisuje se u javno važeći program obrazovanja odraslih.
Izvođenje programa traje u skladu sa brojem časova predviđenim programom srednjeg stručnog obrazovanja odraslih.
Nastava za polaznike će se odvijati radnim danima poslije 1830 časova i subotom prije podne u skladu sa Planom izvođenja nastave.

Prijave za upis polaznika sa potrebnim dokumentima primaju se u  Javnoj ustanovi Elektrotehnička škola ‘’Nikola Tesla’‘, Banja Luka, Jevrejska 48, do 15.05.2015. godine, svakim radnim danom od 800 do 1300 časova.

Job Description
  • Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
  • Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical software issues involving internet connectivity, software/OS compatibility issues, purchase problems, course continuation issues, and more.
  • Research required information using available resources;
  • Follow standard processes and procedures;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per LLI specifications;
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
  • Accurately process and record all calls using a computer and designated tracking software;

Job Description
Learning Library Inc. (LLI) is looking for an elearning Project Manager who is passionate about project management and education. The chosen candidate will be a key contributor in the high performance multi-disciplinary team.  We are looking for a person with exceptional english language and communication skills, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and capable of executing LLI PM process and high-level customer service while comfortable with working independently/virtually. 
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term or long-term projects, primarily for customer elearning projects, which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables and timelines. PM follows established LLI PM process and protocols.

The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
  • Plan the project
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Determine the resources (time, resources, etc.) required to complete the project
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
  • Implement the project
  • Execute the project according to the project plan
  • Complete files and required project information to document and update project activities regularly

The chosen QA engineer will be a key contributor in the high performance multi-disciplinary team.  Within this role you can expect to be empowered from day one. We are looking for a person with good analytical skills, capable of driving test strategy an innovator in testing techniques with uncanny ability to find defects. Automation is also a key activity this meaning opportunities for automated scripting.
